We would like to share with you our decades of skippering experience in instructing, cruising, racing and yacht deliveries with various international crews and Worldwide locations. For your benefit, wether you are interested in only leisure, family sailing or professional work, we offer you three options of training:

1. Mediterranean style Skipper,

for a skipper of warm waters of Mediterranean and Adriatic Seas. You may be a new skipper, experienced skipper but without experience of sailing in the location and boat handling style.

Here we will be concentrating on the specific type of ‘stern to’ boat handling in various weather conditions and configurations to give you all you need to safely handle and navigate your vessel when on holiday with family or friends or maybe working professionally as a skipper. We will also practise more swinging mooring techniques and anchoring.

2. All around Skipper,

for a skipper who will be sailing mostly in Northern European waters, tidal and non-tidal. You may be an experienced MED style skipper lacking the knowledge and experience on ‘side to’ boat handling and navigation in tidal and non-tidal waters of Northern Europe and Northern Atlantic or wishing to polish your skills in tidal waters before taking the final practical RYA Yachtmaster Offshore exam. We will be concentrating more on boat handling techniques in tidal waters, careful passage planning, heavy weather sailing and tight marina boat handling in confined space, communicating with stations ashore.

3. Ocean Skipper

for a skipper experienced and inexperienced with little or no Ocean long passage planning and executing experience with elements of astronavigation. Not much boat handling under power but more boat handling under sail in various weather conditions, focusing on down wind sailing techniques, concentrating on preparation for a long passage and its execution, crew and boat management and much more.
